Pattaya. First-class hotels are also suffering from the second corona wave. The quasi-lockdown in Chonburi has resulted in three large luxury hotels in Pattaya being closed.

These are the Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort in Naklua, the Hard Rock Hotel and Café on Beach Road and the D Varee on Jomtien Beach.

The Hard Rock Hotel is scheduled to reopen on February 1st and the Centara on April 1st. The D Varee did not specify a period of closure.

Also, 18 major tourist attractions have temporarily closed, including the Alcazar and Tiffany shows, the Floating Market, the Aquarium and Dolphinarium, Art in Paradise, Frost Magical Ice of Siam, the One Million Years Stone Park, the Crocodile Farm, Harborland, Ripley's, and the Cartoon Network water park.
